Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
What’s Covered
SkullSaints warrants the Mini PC against defects in workmanship and materials under normal use. During the warranty period, the company may repair or replace defective components at its discretion.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:

Damage by the user or unauthorized third parties.

Altered or removed serial numbers.

Accidents, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or environmental damage.

Damage from improper installation or unauthorized adapters.
-
Use of non-SkullSaints parts.

Data loss or third-party software issues.
-
Free accessories (such as mouse/keyboard).
Service Process

Submit the warranty form.

Product pickup and delivery to service centre (typically 3–7 working days).

Servicing (1–3 working days).
-
Return shipment to buyer (3–7 working days).
Customer Responsibilities

Back up and remove personal data before returning the product.
-
Return the complete product; individual parts alone cannot be serviced.
