**Product** - SkullSaints Agni Mini PC (16GB RAM + 512GB SSD)

**Evidence** - Entire Agni unit replaced with a cheap, non-functional generic PC

**Reported Symptom** - Incorrect item received / Device dead on arrival

### **The Discovery**

Our technical team recently processed a return for an **Agni Mini PC** from **Amazon** that serves as a textbook example of total product substitution. Upon opening the shipping box, we did not find our signature **Agni** chassis. Instead, the box contained a generic, dusty, and battered black mini PC that bears no resemblance to the high-performance hardware ordered.

### **The E-Waste Substitution Scam**

In this case, the fraudster kept the brand-new **Agni** unit—including its **16GB of RAM** and **512GB SSD** — and returned a piece of non-functional “e-waste” in its place. As shown in the evidence photos, the substituted device is in poor physical condition, with a rusted interior and outdated components. This is a deliberate attempt to exploit the high volume of returns at **Amazon** warehouses, where a quick weight check might not reveal that a premium workstation has been swapped for a dead generic unit.

### **Mandatory Action: Record Your Unboxing**

To protect yourself from receiving substituted or non-functional items, we advise all users to **record a full unboxing video every time you receive goods.**

- Start the video by showing the shipping label and the intact seals.

- Use one continuous shot. Record as you open the package and clearly show the device to ensure it matches the **SkullSaints** branding and form factor.

- This video is your only definitive proof if you receive a substituted generic item instead of your high-performance technology.

### **The Integrity of Direct Orders**

These specific item-switching and “hollowed-out” issues do not happen with direct orders placed via [electroniksindia.com](http://electroniksindia.com). When you order through our website, we ensure that your unit is pulled from a “Clean Inventory” pool that is strictly isolated from marketplace return cycles. This ensures that the components inside your machine are exactly what were installed during our final QC, with zero risk of receiving a unit that has been tampered with by a previous scammer.
